The other day had a round o Guinness while meeting an old friend in Addison. Later, while chillin anf grillin, had a Shinerbock Beer. Then, capped things off with a Barefoot Winery Sweet Red. All was good in the Universe!
A web log started by two Wine Enthusiasts, synonym for "Winos". Its intent is to log our thoughts and opinions about inexpensive wines available at local grocery and beverage stores. Our hope is to prevent other "Winos" from making the same mistakes we made with our wine purchases.

Barefoot Sangria
Here is a new one that the Winos agreed to buy again Barefoot Winery's Sangria. Note the 11% alcohol content; so the Red Wine Wino caved in easily. Luckily, the White Wine Wino's taste buds saved the day, giving the Sangria a thumbs up!

Barefoot Impression Red Blend
Here is a new one that we tried; comes from Barefoot Winery. From the back label,
"Here at Barefoot, we have a 25 year history of supporting non-profit organizations. With our Impresssion Red Blend, we celebrate others who are also making an impression in their local communities. Visit us at Barefootwine.com to be inspired by the stories of our Soles of the Year and help us celebrate people doing good. Impression Red Blend had delicious flavors of blackberry and currant, layered with aromas of chocolate and spice."
This one gets a Good Rating from the Winos!
