Martinis, Margaritas, Wines

Martinis, Margaritas, Wines and more this round for the Winos. For the wines, tried a House Merlot from a local eatery along with a frozen margarita. Then, chilled with some martinis made with Polar Bear Vodka! Finally, a little sip or two of Sweet Red from Llano Winery and  Castello Del Poggio Moscato.  All was well in the world!

While shopping... more like browsing World Market in Garland, TX, "stumbled accidentally" into the wine section. Lots of wines to chose from. Of interest to the Winos was the Castello Del Poggio Moscato.

We first tried this Moscato while having dinner at the Olive Garden. Initally, we only could find it at the Restaurant. Since then we have seen it offered at Walmart Super Stores, Total Wine, and now World Market!

Keeping this one in mind, next time we want a tasty Moscato!

Castello Del Poggio Moscato #moscato

Always good for this one is the White Wine Wino's purchase of Castello Del Poggio Moscato. We first tasted this Moscato at an Olive Garden Italian Restaurant. Later, found the wine was offered in local stores including the big Walmart down the road. Castello Del Poggio Moscato continues to earn a Good Rating from the Winos!

Castello Dell Poggio Moscato

Splurged and bought a bottle of "more expensive wine".  This one went for $15 at our local store.  Was thinking this one was the same Moscato we like from the Olive Garden Restaurant.  It was the same!

This one gets easily gets a "Good Rating"; only problem now... there were only two bottles available.  Now there are none!

Castello Del Poggio Moscato

Went to Olive Garden last night for a bite.  Tried two of their house wines and really liked them.  First up was the Castello Del Poggio Moscato.  A sweet white wine that hooked the White Wine Wino; Red Wine Wino followed in kind.  This one easily earned a "Good Rating".  Only one issue, cannot get it anywhere else but at the Restaurant!
