A web log started by two Wine Enthusiasts, synonym for "Winos". Its intent is to log our thoughts and opinions about inexpensive wines available at local grocery and beverage stores. Our hope is to prevent other "Winos" from making the same mistakes we made with our wine purchases.

Liberty Creek Cabernet Sauvignon
Had this one back in March... Here is what we wrote:
This one maintains its Good Rating with the Winos this round!
Here is one that gets a Good Rating from the Winos. Had Liberty Creek's other offerings and have been happy. The Cabernet Sauvignon holds its own as well. 12% Alcohol Content, less than $6 for the bigger bottle, and it tastes good!
This one maintains its Good Rating with the Winos this round!

Sho Chiku Bai Sake
Sho Chiku Bai Sake comes in at 15% Alcohol Content. Red Wine Wino needed a change of pace. So, why not a Sake. This one worked; both Winos agree buy again... Good Rating noted!
Llano Blush
Posted this in September 2014...
It holds its own today with another Good Rating!
Llano Blush comes from a Texas Winery that produces good wines. Have tried their Moscato, Shiraz, Sweet Red, and a Signature Blend. All with the same results... Good Ratings. The Llano Blush keeps its own end and earns a Good Rating as well!
It holds its own today with another Good Rating!

Mirassou Pinot Noir
Not tried this one before. It's a red wine from Mirassou Winery. A Pinot Noir that is double the price of other wines we get from Wineries like Barefoot and Yellowtail. No worries still comes in at under $10 locally. This one gets a Good Rating from the Winos!
